Requirements:

Active Arizona Physical Therapy license

Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Current CPR certification

Prior pediatric or school-based experience preferred

Ability to collaborate with IEP teams and document services in compliance with IDEA guidelines
Job Duties:

Provide direct physical therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs

Assess motor development and functional mobility needs in school settings

Design and implement individualized therapy programs to promote student participation and independence

Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other therapists to adapt classroom activities and environments

Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with district and state regulations
